Turkey Feta Dill Burgers These have a wonderful mediterranean flavor. Try as meatloaf of baked meatballs. 1/2 medium onion (or 1 Tbsp. granulated onion) 2 small cloves garlic (or powder?) 4 stems fresh dill (~2 Tbsp) 16 to 20 ounces ground turkey 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese Mix by hand or use Cuisinart: Pulse onion, garlic, dill in cuisinart (pureed onion is too watery) Pulse in remaining ingredients to blend. Cook on foil, not directly on the grill (they do not have a ton of structural integrity) They taste best without a bun. They are good with catsup. Serve with oven fries (squash, sweet potato, potato). They also work well with a meze spread.
